I want to come up with cute titles but am not sure what I'll be writing about. We have had two delicious meals recently. The first was ratatouille made with butternut squash and tortellini. So I actually am not sure what these two things on their own are like bit together they weren't bad at all. I was suppose to use cheese ravioli but that was out of our budget. The second meal was a white bean, sausage, spinach meal. I ate quite a bit of this. There are two good things about these meals: one, plenty of leftovers, two, my Steve said he liked both. This makes me quite happy!
