Parmesan Fondue

This recipe was given to me by my friend Ellie Ordway when we got married. I actually have yet to try it.

1 1/2 Cup Milk
2 Cream Cheese, cubed
1 1/2 Cup Parmesan Cheese
1/2 tsp garlic salt

In large pan combine milk and cream cheese. Cook over low heat, stirring often, until cream cheese is melted and mixture is smooth. Add parmesan cheese, garlic salt, and continue stirring.
